John serves as Director of Operations for EM Alliance, where he oversees the operational, financial, and strategic functions that support physician-led clinical teams. He partners closely with physician leadership and hospital stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, data-driven decision-making, and scalable infrastructure that allows physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

John holds an MBA and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His background includes healthcare consulting, managed care strategy, population health, and physician group growth and strategy, with experience supporting market expansion, payer negotiations, operational analytics, and performance improvement initiatives across physician practices and health systems.

Outside of work, John enjoys scuba diving and spending time outdoors, particularly in and around the ocean and waterways of South Florida.
