He partners closely with hospital leaders, current staff and provider candidates to expand recruitment and workforce development initiatives that enable clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. He takes great pride in seeing the groups he helps create grow and thrive.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and physician development, Chris has helped grow and scale networks across emergency medicine, hospitalist services, psychiatry, urgent care, and telehealth. He is passionate about bringing people together and seeing the teams he helps build grow and succeed.
