Adam M. Bromberg, MD, FACEP is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and Managing Partner of EM Alliance LLC. He brings more than 18 years of clinical and operational leadership experience, currently serving as Medical Director of the Emergency Department and recent Chief of Staff at Wellington Regional Medical Center. Currently serves as Chief Medial officer for the hospital as well. Dr. Bromberg leads multiple hospital-wide initiatives, including stroke, STEMI, chest pain, and quality improvement programs, and has chaired numerous medical executive and governance committees.

As Managing Partner of EM Alliance, Dr. Bromberg oversees emergency department operations, physician leadership, strategic planning, and performance improvement, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and patient-centered care. A Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, he is also deeply committed to education, disaster preparedness, and EMS collaboration. He is an Active EMS medical director and has previous experience in disaster management thru his involvement FEMA Urban Search and Rescue roles throughout his career.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Bromberg enjoys staying active through weight training and hockey, as well as spending time on the water boating and playing golf. He greatly enjoys live music and spending time with his family and friends.
