Dr. Brandt Delhamer is the Associate Partner at EM Alliance, where he plays a key role in supporting emergency medicine physicians and advancing operational excellence in emergency departments. In addition to his leadership with EM Alliance, Dr. Delhamer is a practicing physician at Wellington Regional Medical Center and serves as the Assistant Medical Director for the Department of Emergency Medicine, combining hands-on patient care with strategic oversight.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in 2002 and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston in 2005. With more than 20 years of experience in emergency medicine, Dr. Delhamer is committed to improving patient outcomes, mentoring physicians, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency care.

Outside of his professional work, Dr. Delhamer enjoys live music and all things aquatic, from time on the water to exploring beneath it.
