David Taback

David Taback leads Business Development for EM Alliance, where he develops strategic partnerships with hospitals and health systems to support long-term organizational growth and operational excellence. He collaborates with healthcare executives and physician leaders to deliver emergency medicine solutions that align with the evolving needs of hospitals and the communities they serve.

David brings leadership experience spanning value-based care, hospital operations, and physician practice management. Prior to joining EM Alliance, he held leadership roles within accountable care organizations, directed hospitalist operations across multiple facilities, and served as Director of Operations for a rapidly expanding radiology practice supporting hospitals across multiple states. His broad operational experience provides a deep understanding of the clinical, operational, and strategic priorities facing today’s health systems, allowing him to build trusted partnerships that create lasting value.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Services and an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics.
